Consulting with purpose
Specialising in individual, team and organisational development, we concentrate on facilitating executives and their groups to deliver results particularly over periods of intense change. Managing individuals in a matrix organisation is challenging – competing priorities are always more taxing with increased organisational complexity. Having worked with organisational executives and led senior teams across the health, education and third sectors, as well as local government, we have significant experience of matrix management and partnership working across complex agencies.
Working collaboratively with individuals and/or their team, work-based transformations are developed and co-designed to align with the desired organisational outputs. Focussing on leadership, collaboration and individual effectiveness, each entity is supported to develop robust, sustainable processes and systems. This is achieved through gaining the commitment and accountability of each team member, ensuring full staff engagement throughout.

Amanda Lee, Founder and Principal Consultant, is best known for her pragmatic, collaborative approach to designing workplace solutions that deliver results, ensuring all individuals are genuinely involved to secure long term, sustainable change. She can help you align your own career as well as your wider workforce with the changes required to guarantee your vision becomes a reality, making sure that everyone understands their responsibilities and can be held accountable for their delivery.
Drawing directly on her own extensive management and leadership experience, particularly in leading teams in complex matrix
structures and providing individual executive coaching, Amanda will help you and groups like yours to fulfil your combined potential, realising everyone’s individual skills to deliver the outputs you require. Amanda is ILM Level 7 qualified and has a background specifically in designing team structures and processes which are required to operate across traditional organisational boundaries – partnership working is not only a real interest of Amanda’s but also a
significant strength; she can shape conversations to deliver successful outcomes for all involved.
